16-Port Fiber Distribution Box for FTTx Networks
The AIMIFIBER AM-FDB-16A8-PA-14 is an outdoor fiber distribution box for splicing, splitting and SC/APC subscriber connections. PLC splitter options are 1:16 or 1:8 with SC/APC terminations. Cable Routing and Installation
The datasheet describes mid-span and branch cable routing, with an oval mid-span port, two branch ports and 16 sealed drop ports. The final port drawing and sealing documentation are pending.

What is the subscriber capacity?
The enclosure described here has 16 physical subscriber drop ports. A 1:16 splitter provides 16 optical outputs, while a single 1:8 splitter provides eight. The splitter ratio does not change the physical port count; populated connections and component quantities depend on the ordered configuration.
Can I specify a 1:8 splitter?
Yes. A 1:8 PLC splitter is available as an alternative to 1:16. Specify the splitter quantity, populated subscriber connections and SC/APC component requirements when requesting a quotation.
Is an IP68 certificate included?
The datasheet specifies IP68, but marks the exact-model certificate as pending. Request the applicable documentation before approving the product for your project.
